More About Me
Gigi Santiago is one of the most trusted and experienced Transaction Managers on the island. Being in Real Estate since 2002 with thousands of transactions under her belt, Gigi is well-regarded in the Real Estate Industry and is an essential part of List Sotheby's International Realty. Although usually working in the background, she has done it all - from Listing Coordination to Marketing to Contract Management and even Sales! To Gigi, the best part of her job is truly the People she meets and their excitement of finding a home.
Born and raised on Oahu, as a second generation immigrant, the importance of gratitude and hard work have always been instilled in her. Graduating from Pearl City High School with honors and with a 4-year Regent Scholarship and Grant to Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, Gigi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Management. Gigi also completed several internships while at Concordia University, including Assistant to the Director of Hawaii's Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism.
Gigi always strives to improve herself and believes that the best experiences and key components of learning is by doing… To quickly adapt, learn from others, and focus on what's important, you can only succeed. She has worn many hats, but Real Estate has always been Gigi's career. She first started at Prudential Locations, and Gigi quickly fell in love with the business of Real Estate and needed to learn it all. In 2005, Gigi moved to Kahala Associates and now currently at List Sotheby's International Realty, Gigi heads our Transaction Management Department. With her years of experience, attention to detail, organization and efficiency, Gigi provides an oversight to our Agents and to her team. Gigi's goal is to work together to ensure transaction contingencies are met to ensure a timely and successful closing and that our clients are always taken care of.
If you know Gigi, her true passion is Travel and Food. So far she has been to 18 countries and always has new destinations on her list. Through her travels, everyone that she meets always seems to be envious that she calls Hawaii home. Gigi really appreciates the opportunities of being able to grow up and live where many call Paradise, as it really is lucky to live in Hawaii and truly finds joy in being able to help you find your paradise.
